Petty Parcels exists for sarcastic, passive-aggressive, brutally honest and occasionally very fucking rude gifting.

We believe there is a difference between telling your mate they're a bellend and targeting somebody with genuine hatred, discrimination, threats or harassment.

Our rule is simple:

Be petty. Be savage. Don't be a cunt.

WHAT WE'RE HERE FOR

Petty Parcels is designed for light-hearted feuds, annoying colleagues, nightmare neighbours, exes, terrible drivers, serial complainers, know-it-alls, old school rivals and those special people who have simply got on your last fucking nerve.

Swearing? Fine.

Sarcasm? Absolutely.

Telling someone where they can stick their unsolicited opinion? That's rather the point.

But there are limits.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR HATE

Petty Parcels will not knowingly produce or send messages containing racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise discriminatory abuse.

We will not accept content attacking somebody because of characteristics such as their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or disability.

Being offensive can be funny. Being a bigot isn't.

Orders containing this kind of material may be rejected or cancelled.

NO THREATS

A Petty Parcel should make somebody roll their eyes, laugh, swear or wonder which bastard sent it.

It should never make somebody fear for their safety.

We will not send messages containing threats of violence, sexual violence, death, property damage or other genuine intimidation.

Jokes that reasonably appear to be credible threats may also be rejected.

NO HARASSMENT OR STALKING

Petty Parcels is not a tool for repeatedly targeting somebody.

We may refuse, cancel or restrict orders where we reasonably believe our service is being used as part of harassment, stalking, intimidation, coercive behaviour or another pattern of unwanted contact.

This applies whether parcels are sent anonymously or not.

NO TARGETING CHILDREN

Our service is intended for adults.

Do not use Petty Parcels to bully, humiliate, sexually target or intimidate children or vulnerable people.

NO SELF-HARM OR SUICIDE MESSAGES

We will not send content encouraging somebody to harm or kill themselves.

There is a very fucking large difference between:

“You're a bellend.”

and

“You should kill yourself.”

The first is Petty Parcels territory.

The second absolutely isn't.

NO SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Adult humour and rude gifts may form part of the Petty Parcels range, but our service must not be used to sexually harass, intimidate or humiliate somebody.

Sexual products or messages must never be knowingly directed towards a minor.

CUSTOM MESSAGES

Where custom messages are available, customers are responsible for what they submit.

Petty Parcels reserves the right to review, refuse, edit where appropriate, or cancel an order containing material that breaches this policy or which we reasonably believe could be unlawful or seriously harmful.

Payment does not guarantee that we will print or send whatever you type into the box.

We're a gift company, not your personal hate-mail department.

ANONYMOUS DOESN'T MEAN UNACCOUNTABLE

Where anonymous delivery is offered, this means we do not disclose the sender's identity to the recipient as part of the ordinary gift presentation.

It does not mean that orders are untraceable.

Petty Parcels retains appropriate order and customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may disclose information where legally required to do so, including in response to valid requests from law enforcement or other competent authorities.

So please don't mistake anonymous gifting for permission to do something illegal.

WE CAN SAY NO

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe:

It contains hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
It contains threats or serious intimidation.
It encourages suicide or self-harm.
It constitutes or contributes to harassment or stalking.
It sexually targets or exploits somebody.
It targets a child inappropriately.
It contains unlawful material.
It impersonates the police, courts, councils or another authority.
It exposes private personal information.
It could reasonably put somebody's safety at risk.
Petty Parcels is otherwise being used for something far beyond the humorous purpose of the service.
